Companion Services
![]()
Companion Care (Respite) typically involves short-term or temporary caregiving visits. These visits make it possible for family caregivers to take time away from unpaid caregiving duties—without compromising the quality of care received by their loved ones.
We know how difficult caring for a loved one can be and we know the positive difference companionship care can make. If you provide care to a spouse, parent, or grandparent and you need outside assistance, our caregivers are ready to lend a helping hand.
Companion care services provide the support and companionship for many important caregiving tasks, including light housekeeping, running errands, and meal preparation. This makes it a perfect choice for anyone who needs assistance to live at home safely, but who doesn't require advanced assistance.
Dementia Related Care
We offer specialized home care services for dementia-related conditions. If your loved one needs specialized care, we will customize a specialized service plan that includes our basic services coupled with specific needs-based care services.
Daily Senior Care
If you or your loved one has advanced care needs, our Daily Care services could be the right choice. Daily care includes basic caregiving duties of companion care, but it also helps with tasks such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and mobility. Daily Care can also provide essential care to individuals with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, breathing conditions, or Parkinson's.
Transitional Care
Transitional care is designed to ensure healthcare continuity and to prevent re-hospitalization of chronically ill patients. At My Parent's Home, we focus on helping your loved one recover and improve, while creating a nurturing caring environment that strengthens their physical, emotional, and psychological welnness.
